Tiered Interest Structure Explained:

Earn a great rate on every dollar you save—with higher balances earning a blended rate based on tiered interest levels.

Here’s how it works:

  • 3.93% interest (4.00% APY) on the first $99,999.99
  • 2.96% interest (3.00% APY) on the portion of your balance between $100,000.00 and $299,999.99
  • 2.72% interest (2.75% APY) on the portion between $300,000.00 and $499,999.99
  • 2.47% interest (2.50% APY) on any portion over $500,000.00
You’ll always earn the highest rate available for each portion of your balance.

For example, if your balance is $350,000.00, you’ll earn:
  • 4.00% APY on the first $99,999.99
  • 3.00% APY on the next $200,000.00
  • 2.75% APY on the next $50,000.01
Your overall yield will be a weighted average, depending on your total balance. In this $350,000 example that would be an overall APY of 3.25%.
