What To Expect From The Hiring Process

Step 1

A member of our HR team will reach out to you

We'll coordinate an initial phone screening & discuss the pre-interview screening process (credit screening) as well as scheduling an initial interview. We are currently scheduling virtual interviews, via Microsoft Teams - please prepare for this virtual interview the same way you would for an in-person interview.

Step 2

Second (and/or additional) interviews

If you are chosen to move forward for consideration you may be asked to participate in a second interview.

Step 3

Collecting and submitting your references

Prior to any official offer, you will be asked to provide the contact information for two to three professional references who have knowledge of your past work performance.

Step 4

Offer and benefits discussion with HR

If you are selected for the position, you will receive a call from our HR representative who will discuss an offer and the employee benefits applicable to the position.

Step 5

Receiving your official offer letter & next steps

You will receive an official letter, which you will need to sign and return, along with instructions on next steps in order to complete the applicable criminal background check.
